چکیده
this study was carried out to determine the effects of gamma irradiation on dry matter (dm) and on crude protein (cp) degradation of rapeseed meal, using nylon bags and sds-page techniques. ruminal nylon bags of either untreated or irradiated rapeseed meal at doses of 25, 50 and 75 kgy were suspended in the rumen of four non-lactating holstein cows for up to 48 h. intestinal crude protein digestibility was assessed using mobile nylon bag technique. subunits of rapeseed meal proteins and disappearance patterns were traced and determined using sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis and densitometrical scanning. there were significant differences (p

In situ Evaluation of Ruminal Degradability and Intestinal Digestibility of Sunflower Meal Compared to Soybean Meal
The aim of this study was to compare the nutritional value of sunflower meal (SFM) and soybean meal (SBM) protein by determining both its ruminal degradability and intestinal digestibility. Three non lactating Jersey cows fitted with a rumen and T-type duodenal cannulas were used to estimate rumen degradability and intestinal digestibility of SFM and SBM dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP). ...

متن کاملEffects of microwaving, and moist and dry heating on ruminal degradability of protein and dry matter in soybean meal
Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of microwaving, autoclaving (moist heating), and roasting (dry heating) on gas production parameters and in situ rumen degradability of soybean meal (SBM). SBM was treated by roasting at 140℃ for 30 and 60 min, and at 160℃ for 30 and 60 min, autoclaving at 121℃ for 20 min, and microwaving for 2, 4, and 6 min. A gas production trial...

This trial was conducted to determine the effects of feeding a diet containing solid-state fermented rapeseed meal on performance, nutrient digestibility, intestinal ecology and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens. A mixed liquid culture, containing approximately 5 log cfu/ml Lactobacillus fermentum, Enterococcus faecium, Saccharomyces cerevisae and Bacillus subtilis was prepared in a 1:1...

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of gamma irradiation (γ-irradiation) at doses of 15, 30 and 45 kGy on chemical composition, anti-nutritional factors, ruminal dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP) degradibility, in vitro CP digestibility and to monitor the fate of true proteins of full-fat soybean (SB) in the rumen. Nylon bags of untreated or γ-irradiated SB were suspended in ...
متن کاملffect of irradiation on ruminal disappearance of dry matter and crude protein, and in vitro digestibility of canola meal.
this research was conducted to evaluate the effects of electron beam (eb) and gamma ray (gr) radiations at doses of 25, 50 and 75 kgy on ruminal degradation kinetics of dry matter (dm) and crude protein (cp),andin vitro digestibility of canola meal (cm). the nylon bag technique and in vitro two step method were used for this aim. gr decreased ruminal degradability of dm (p<0.05), but eb had no ...
